Riezl is consistently recognized as one of the top-producing agents in Georgia, ranking in the Top 1% of the Georgia MLS and serving as the Top Individual Agent for the Lake Country Board of REALTORS® for the past five years.

In 2025, she closed more than $129 million in sales with an average sale price exceeding $2.6 million, further cementing her reputation as one of the leading luxury real estate agents in the Southeast. Over the course of her career, she has closed $1 billion in lifetime sales.

Her professional achievements have earned her numerous industry recognitions. In addition to her real estate success, Riezl has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and philanthropy within her community. She served as President of the Lake Country Board of REALTORS® in 2016 and has held numerous leadership roles supporting healthcare, education, and the arts.

She is the Past Chairman of the St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital Board and was part of the original board that helped steer the opening of the local hospital in 2013. In 2025, she chaired the Heart & Soul Gala at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee, which raised a record-breaking $800,000 to support healthcare initiatives in the region. She remains involved with the hospital as the Fundraising Chair and a member of the Foundation Board of Directors.

In 2010, Riezl and her husband co-founded the Lake Oconee Food & Wine Festival, an event that benefits local education and has grown into a major destination event at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee. She also serves as a Board Director for the Oconee Performing Arts Society (OPAS)and chaired the recent OPAS Winter Ball at The Ritz-Carlton, helping raise funds to expand arts education in the community. Riezl Baker also believes deeply in giving back on a global level. She is a proud supporter of the Elsie Gaches Village in the Philippines, a long-standing orphanage and care community that provides shelter, education, and lifelong support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

On a national level, Riezl was appointed National Trustee of the National Association of Filipino American Organizations (NaFFAA), representing more than 4 million Filipino Americans across the United States and Hawaii. In 2025, she was also recognized by TOFA (The Outstanding Filipino Americans Awards) as one of the Top Filipino Americans in the World, an honor celebrating her entrepreneurial success at a global recognition event in Las Vegas.

A sought-after public speaker and industry thought leader, Riezl regularly shares her insights at major real estate conferences and leadership events. She has spoken at the CEO Exchange in Washington, D.C. and National Empowerment Conference in Las Vegas. She is frequently invited to speak at real estate conferences and webinars including the recent Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Conference at the Wynn Las Vegas, attended by more than 1,500 industry leaders and Realtors from around the globe. Her presentations focus on topics such as navigating evolving markets, maintaining consistent success, and delivering exceptional client experiences in luxury real estate.

Prior to entering real estate, Riezl built a strong foundation in hospitality and destination marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines and began her career as a Corporate Management Trainee with Hyatt Hotels. During her seven years with Hyatt Corporation, she worked in Operations Management and Hospitality Sales in Houston,Texas and Atlanta, Georgia.

She later served as a Board Director for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and was the Editor-in-Chief of Breakout, Georgia MPI’s monthly publication distributed to thousands of industry members. As the Director of the Athens, Georgia Convention and Visitors Bureau, she developed strategic initiatives to attract conventions and tourism to the city.

Riezl entered the real estate industry in 2000, and was a consistent top producer for Reynolds Lake Oconee for two decades before co-founding Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group.

Beyond her professional life, Riezl is deeply devoted to family. She and her husband, Ted, have been married for 29 years and have proudly raised their two children in the Lake Oconee community. Their son is a graduate of Yale University, and their daughter attends New York University (NYU).
