Riezl Baker is an award-winning Realtor, entrepreneur, and community leader with more than 25 years of experience serving Lake Oconee, Reynolds Lake Oconee, and Georgia’s Lake Country. A resident since 1997, she has witnessed the lake area’s evolution into one of the Southeast’s premier luxury lake and golf destinations.
With more than $1 billion in career sales, Riezl spent two decades as a top-producing sales agent for Reynolds Lake Oconee properties before co-founding Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group with her husband, Ted Baker.
In 2025, Riezl closed more than $129 million in individual sales, with an average sale price exceeding $2.6 million. She has been the Top Individual Agent for the Lake Country Board of REALTORS® for five consecutive years and consistently ranks among the Top 1% of agents in the Georgia MLS.

When representing buyers, Riezl draws on more than 25 years of firsthand market experience to help clients evaluate communities, amenities, water depth, golf access, location, property history, and lifestyle fit.
Riezl has spent decades supporting healthcare, education, the arts, economic development, and philanthropic initiatives throughout the region. She is the Past Chairman of St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital Board and helped steer the hospital’s opening in 2013. She has chaired the Heart & Soul Gala at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee for years, raising funds for healthcare initiatives. She continues to serve the hospital through its Foundation Board. In 2010, Riezl and Ted co-founded the Lake Oconee Food & Wine Festival, benefiting local education and becoming a major destination event in Georgia’s Lake Country. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Oconee Performing Arts Society (OPAS) and chaired its Winter Ball at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee.
Nationally, she was elected as a Trustee and officer of the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA), the largest nonpartisan organization representing over 4 million citizens across the nation and was honored by TOFA — The Outstanding Filipino Americans Awards in 2025 for her leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
Riezl is a sought-after speaker and has spoken at RISMedia’s CEO & Leadership Exchange in Washington, D.C., national conferences in Las Vegas, industry webinars, and the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Limitless Conference at Wynn Las Vegas. She recently spoke at a National Empowerment Conference in Denver, Colorado about Entrepreneurship in America in front of hundreds of business and civic leaders.
Riezl has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines and began her career with Hyatt Hotels, spending seven years in operations management and hospitality sales in Houston and Atlanta. She later served as a Board Director for Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Editor-in-Chief of Breakout, and Director of the Athens, Georgia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Her background shaped her philosophy of “unreasonable hospitality” in real estate and delivering service that extends well beyond the transaction and has been her guiding foundation for 25 years.
Riezl and her husband, Ted, moved to the area in 1997 and have been married for 29 years, raising their two children in the lake community. Their son, Stuart, graduated magna cum laude from Yale University, and their daughter, Remi, is a junior at New York University.
