Molly Stec transitions into her role as a full-time real estate agent after working closely with Riezl Baker as a listing specialist, where she gained hands-on experience in the execution and marketing of luxury properties. Her background reflects a deep commitment to service. After years as a stay-at-home mother of five, Molly pursued wellness as a fitness instructor and gym owner, and later became a certified Montessori preschool teacher. Her connection to Lake Oconee began four years ago with a visit that quickly turned into building a home and relocating full-time last year.
Molly’s passion for real estate was shaped through years of personally buying and selling homes in Illinois. She served as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer in Illinois and is an active member of Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church at Lake Oconee.

Justin Cullifer is a 25-year technology veteran and founder of APG Technology. Justin brings a strategic approach into real estate having personally bought, renovated and sold properties in the Lake Oconee area, giving him a keen understanding of value, design, and what it truly takes to position a home successfully. His experience with renovations and investment properties makes him an invaluable resource for both buyers and sellers navigating decisions that impact long-term value.

Additionally, through his long-term sponsorship of the Greene County Habitat for Humanity’s Showcase of Homes, he helped raise the funds necessary to build and rehabilitate 22 homes in the region.
